Listed Green is making the news

(December 13 2007 - Las Vegas, Nevada)
Listed Green has been interviewed several times in the past few weeks, by various news organizations and television stations. Seems like we are starting to catch the eye of a few folks out there.

One recent news story was from TV 20, a full service and unique independent television station serving the San Francisco Bay Area, focusing on green news from all over the world.

Another news story came out of a local newspaper, the Las Vegas Review Journal, where it seems that some Realtors are trying to "ride the green wave" in this current bloated real estate market. This story shows some in-site of what's on the mind of a couple of Realtors, with not much "walking the talk".

Glad to see Listed Green out there, helping to set them straight.

I'm sure we will be seeing a notable increase of green news stories in the near future, as Listed Green continues to grow and gain much more attention to the general public.

NAR meets Listed Green in Las Vegas

November 16th 2007 Las Vegas, Nevada
There was a huge turn out at this years annual NAR (National Association of Realtors) Expo , an estimated 30,000 attendees and a heck of lot of excitement. A couple of classes were presented discussing green homes and why Realtors should promote green in a bigger way. Even Eco-Broker was there talking about educating Realtors in green building and how to properly promote green technologies in homes and developments.

With over 760 exhibitors, this was a huge convention regardless of the topic. There was even a section devoted to 2nd homes and vacation projects in other countries. Costa Rica is one progressive country that has been promoting green development by offering financial incentives for energy efficient and sustainable building practices.

Sadly though, there seemed to be a lack of eco-friendly projects overall. Fortunately, Listed Green was exhibiting, showing everyone the increasing demand for energy efficient, sustainable developments worldwide in a new internet platform exclusively for only these type of properties.

Although it seems that there was a lack of green talk overall, since Listed Green and Eco-broker were the only "green" exhibitors at this event, there was some like-minded folks that walked by the booth to show their appreciation for seeing new green ideas.

With this kind of support, there definitely is a increasing movement toward green building.
Listed Green looks forward to being a part of the 2008 Expo in Orlando, Florida. I'm sure there will be an increase of green projects in 2008 and beyond and we hope to see everyone in Orlando Florida too.
